How does it works ?

Ticketux is a human scale ticketing service, managed by one person ready to help you to push your ticketing service to the top.

We are a private service, there is no open registration for organizer. You have to contact our management system, but this will mean you will have a personal assistant to assist you as well.

Ticketux is first quality, service and support. We are not the cheapest ticketing service and never will be.

Not the cheapest ? Then how much does it costs ?

It's completly free for the organizer, there is only a fee applied to the customer who want to buy some tickets. Theses fees are added to tickets price. There is no impact for the organizer.

Ticketux doesn't apply fee per ticket like the others, but apply a fee per order (transaction).

Fee are computed as following: 3.5% of the total order + 0.35€ fixed price.

But then, what are the benefit of Ticketux ?

First of all, human and support. You'll get a direct contact to the main manager and developer of the platform. Any question or request can be made.

Unique system for scanning ticket at entrance, with login via qrcode per scanner, any smartphone with internet access can be a scanner, no application required. You can track who scanned which tickets, when, etc. You can get information in real time to know how many people get in, etc.

Made in Belgium, for Belgian, supporting Bancontact, MasterCard and Visa (Apple and Google Pay included).

A unique testing platform where you can test all the possibilities and even ask for new features.

You can create unique or recurring coupons code, to offers percentage discount or fixed discount price.

Integrated with Apple Calendar and Google Calendar automatically via confirmation e-mail.

No restriction on the amount, price, type of tickets, you can get waves etc. and customize all tickets layout.

In addition, Ticketux is an official TicketSwap partner, with SecureSwap enabled for all events. This is a huge security point for tickets reselling. Guest, group and free tickets cannot be sold on TicketSwap. When a ticket is sold via TicketSwap, original ticket is cancelled and a new one is generated. Original one cannot be resell again and cannot be scanned at entrance. All of that, automatically.

You can track who sold a ticket via TicketSwap, to who, when, see old and new ticket identifier, customers can see their TicketSwap transaction within Ticketux directly.

Privacy is one of the key, we don't track organizer or customers, there is no cookies, no promotional email, etc. We will never sell any information about organizers and customers, to anyone.

There is no watermark, no advertisement, no promotional information on tickets. Ticketux is as transparent as possible, your event is on front.

Manally request payout, when you want, the amount your want, to specific bank account. Can be requested before the end of the event.

Fast refunding (all) customers if needed.

Batch creation of orders from an external Guest List or so.

Customers can download bundle tickets one by one on a dedicated order management page.

Developpers can integrate special hooks to get notified when tickets are sold, how many, etc. and you can develop your own environment next to Ticketux main system.

Performance

Ticketux already hosted events soldout within the first hour of ticket sales. Plateform is thinked and made in a way it can support large quantities of orders in the same time and provide a full overview of what happen in realtime in administration center.
